What are your working hours?
Our Team work Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm excluding bank holidays.
How to make a booking?
Once you are happy with your quotation you would email firstname.lastname@example.org to make your booking with us.
Do I require holiday insurance?
We always advise that travellers have adequate holiday insurance in place before they travel.
Do you provide accommodation on these UK Rail Breaks?
Yes, we can and we inspire, guide and design your perfect rail tour.
Do you have a ABTA or other trade body bond?
Yes, we have full financial protection in place from PTS Protected Trust Services, under member number 5565. Your money is fully protected within this Trust Account. We conform to all the Package Travel Regulations as per our terms and conditions.
What do I do if my train is cancelled?
If your train is cancelled prior to you boarding please contact the train operator to seek advice. They will advise you on the situation and the reason your train was cancelled and give you the information you need and the timings of the next train.
What if my train is delayed when travelling?
If you experience a delay when you are travelling get your ticket endorsed by the train guard to indicate this. Please then contact the relevant train operator to seek a refund if applicable.
