What are your working hours?
Our Team work Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm excluding bank holidays.
How to make a booking online?
You would log into our Agent portal or visit our online store to make a booking. This facility is available 365 days per year, 24 hours a day.
Do I require holiday insurance?
We always advise that travellers have adequate holiday insurance in place before they travel.
Do you provide accommadation on these UK Rail Breaks?
The simple answer is No, we are a rail agent and we inspire, guide and design your perfect rail tour.
Do you have a ABTA or other trade body bond?
No, as we only sell single service rail tickets and not accommodation we have no legal requirement to be bonded.
What do I do if my train is cancelled?
If your train is cancelled prior to you boarding please contact the train operator to seek advice. They will advise you on the situation and the reason your train was cancelled and give you the information you need and the timings of the next train.
What if my train is delayed when travelling?
If you experience a delay when you are travelling get your ticket endorsed by the train guard to indicate this. Please then contact the relevant train operator to seek a refund if applicable.
