If you are a Direct Customer, you can use our search tool to make bookings of our UK Rail Breaks.

- Enter your station from and destination to (over 200+ UK Mainline railway stations available)
- Enter Outward Journey Date and Train Departure Time window.
- Enter Return Journey Date and Train Departure Time window.
- Enter the Number of Nights required.
- Enter the Number of Rooms required, Number of Adults and Number of Children.
- Select Search – the options available and live pricing will then be shown.

What are your working hours?
Our Team work Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm excluding bank holidays. However via our website you can book 365 days a year.
How to make a booking?
Bookings can be made via our website.
Do I require holiday insurance?
We always advise that traveler’s have adequate holiday insurance in place before they travel.
Do you provide accommodation on these UK Rail Breaks?
Yes, we can and we inspire, guide and design your perfect rail tour.
Do you have a ABTA or other trade body bond?
We are not ABTA bonded, however we have full financial protection in place from PTS Protected Trust Services, under member number 5565. Your money is fully protected within this Trust Account.
We conform to all the Package Travel Regulations as per our terms and conditions.
What do I do if my train is cancelled?
If your train is cancelled prior to you boarding contact the train operator to seek advice. They will advise you on the situation and the reason your train was cancelled. They should then give you the information you need and timings of the next available train.
What if my train is delayed when travelling?
If you experience a delay when you are travelling please get your ticket endorsed by the train guard to indicate this. Please then contact the relevant train operator to seek a refund if applicable.
